Ingredients

- 2 boneless chicken breasts
- 8 oz pasta
- 3 cloves garlic, minced
- 1/2 cup parmesan cheese, grated
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 2 cups spinach
- 1/4 cup fresh parsley, chopped
Instructions
- Cook the pasta according to package instructions.
- In a skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat.
- Add minced garlic and sauté for 1 minute.
- Season chicken breasts with salt and pepper.
- Add chicken to the skillet and cook until golden brown, about 6-7 minutes per side.
- Remove chicken and let it rest before slicing.
- Add spinach to the skillet and cook until wilted.
- Combine cooked pasta, sliced chicken, spinach, and parmesan cheese.
- Toss everything together and garnish with parsley.
Notes
- Use whole wheat pasta for a healthier option.
- Feel free to add vegetables of your choice.
