Description

A simple and delicious garlic parmesan chicken pasta dish.


Ingredients

  • 2 boneless chicken breasts
  • 8 oz pasta
  • 3 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1/2 cup parmesan cheese, grated
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt
  • 2 cups spinach
  • 1/4 cup fresh parsley, chopped

Instructions

  1. Cook the pasta according to package instructions.
  2. In a skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat.
  3. Add minced garlic and sauté for 1 minute.
  4. Season chicken breasts with salt and pepper.
  5. Add chicken to the skillet and cook until golden brown, about 6-7 minutes per side.
  6. Remove chicken and let it rest before slicing.
  7. Add spinach to the skillet and cook until wilted.
  8. Combine cooked pasta, sliced chicken, spinach, and parmesan cheese.
  9. Toss everything together and garnish with parsley.
