Simple and delicious chicken tostadas.
Ingredients

- 2 cups cooked shredded chicken
- 8 tostada shells
- 1 cup refried beans
- 1 cup shredded lettuce
- 1 cup diced tomatoes
- 1/2 cup shredded cheese
- 1/4 cup sour cream
- 1/4 cup salsa
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
- Spread refried beans on each tostada shell.
- Top with shredded chicken.
- Add lettuce and diced tomatoes.
- Sprinkle with cheese.
- Bake for 10 minutes until cheese melts.
- Remove from oven and add sour cream and salsa.
- Serve immediately.
Notes
- Use rotisserie chicken for quick preparation.
- Customize toppings as desired.
- Store leftovers in an airtight container.
