Description

Ingredients

  • 1/4 cup breadcrumbs
  • 1/4 cup chopped onion
  • 1 egg
  • 2 tablespoons curry powder
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon pepper
  • 1 can coconut milk
  • 1 tablespoon vegetable oil
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 tablespoon ginger, grated
  • 1 tablespoon soy sauce

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 400°F.
  2. In a bowl, mix ground beef, breadcrumbs, onion, egg, curry powder, salt, and pepper.
  3. Form the mixture into meatballs.
  4. Place meatballs on a baking sheet and bake for 20 minutes.
  5. In a pan, heat oil over medium heat.
  6. Add garlic and ginger, sauté for 1 minute.
  7. Pour in coconut milk and soy sauce, stir well.
  8. Add baked meatballs to the sauce and simmer for 10 minutes.
  9. Serve hot with rice or bread.
