Description
A refreshing and light salad made with cucumber, dill, and yogurt.
Ingredients

- 2 cups cucumber, diced
- 1 cup plain yogurt
- 2 tablespoons fresh dill, chopped
- 1 tablespoon lemon juice
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
Instructions
- In a bowl, combine diced cucumber and salt. Let it sit for 10 minutes to draw out moisture.
- In another bowl, mix yogurt, dill, lemon juice, black pepper, and any excess moisture from the cucumber.
- Add the cucumber to the yogurt mixture and stir until well combined.
- Chill in the refrigerator for at least 30 minutes before serving.
Notes
- Serve as a side dish or light snack.
- Adjust seasoning according to your taste.
- Can be made a few hours in advance.
