- 6 croissants, torn into pieces
- 8 eggs
- 2 cups milk
- 1 cup shredded cheese
- 1 cup diced bell peppers
- 1 cup diced onions
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon pepper
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a large bowl, whisk together eggs, milk, salt, and pepper.
- Add in the croissant pieces, bell peppers, onions, and cheese.
- Mix until well combined.
- Pour the mixture into a greased baking dish.
- Bake for 30-35 minutes or until set.
- Let it cool for a few minutes before serving.

- This can be made a day ahead and refrigerated overnight.
