A simple and delicious crockpot lasagna recipe that layers pasta, cheese, and sauce.

- 9 lasagna noodles
- 1 pound ground beef
- 1 jar (24 oz) marinara sauce
- 15 oz ricotta cheese
- 2 cups shredded mozzarella cheese
- 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 1 egg
- 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Brown the ground beef in a skillet over medium heat. Drain excess fat.
- Mix ricotta cheese, egg, Italian seasoning, salt, and pepper in a bowl.
- Spread a thin layer of marinara sauce on the bottom of the crockpot.
- Layer 3 lasagna noodles over the sauce.
- Spread half of the ricotta mixture over the noodles.
- Add a layer of ground beef and a layer of mozzarella cheese.
- Repeat the layers, ending with sauce and mozzarella on top.
- Cover and cook on low for 4-6 hours.
- Let it sit for 15 minutes before serving.
Notes
- Use no-boil lasagna noodles for easier preparation.
- Adjust ingredients based on your taste preferences.
- This dish can be frozen for later use.
