- 2 pounds boneless, skinless chicken breasts
- 1 cup barbecue sauce
- 1 cup pineapple chunks
- 1/2 cup sliced red onion
- 8 hamburger buns
- 1/4 cup chopped cilantro
Instructions
- Place chicken breasts in the crock pot.
- Add barbecue sauce and pineapple chunks.
- Top with sliced red onion.
- Cover and cook on low for 6-8 hours or high for 4 hours.
- Shred the chicken with two forks in the crock pot.
- Serve on hamburger buns and garnish with cilantro.
