Ingredients

  • 1 block firm tofu, drained and pressed
  • 1/4 cup cornstarch
  • 2 tablespoons vegetable oil
  • 1/4 cup honey
  • 3 cloves garlic, minced
  • 2 tablespoons soy sauce
  • 1 tablespoon rice vinegar
  • 1 teaspoon sesame oil
  • Green onions, for garnish

Instructions

  1. Cut the pressed tofu into bite-sized cubes.
  2. Coat the tofu cubes with cornstarch.
  3. Heat vegetable oil in a pan over medium heat.
  4. Add the tofu cubes and cook until golden and crispy on all sides.
  5. In a separate bowl, mix honey, garlic, soy sauce, rice vinegar, and sesame oil.
  6. Pour the sauce over the crispy tofu and stir to coat.
  7. Cook for an additional 2-3 minutes until the sauce thickens.
