- 2 large heads of broccoli, chopped into bite-size pieces
- 1 cup Italian bread crumbs
- 1 cup grated sharp cheddar cheese
- 1/4 cup fresh grated parmesan cheese
- 3 eggs
- 1 tbsp milk
- 1 tsp garlic powder
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 400°F and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- In a medium bowl, whisk together the eggs and milk until frothy.
- In a separate bowl, mix together the bread crumbs, cheddar cheese, parmesan cheese, and garlic powder.
- Dip each broccoli floret in the egg mixture, then coat it with the breadcrumb mixture.
- Place the coated florets on the prepared baking sheet and bake for 18-25 minutes, or until golden brown and crispy.
Notes
For extra flavor, serve with a dipping sauce like ranch or spicy aioli. Store leftovers in an airtight container for up to three days.
