Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 425°F (220°C).
- In a large bowl, toss the cauliflower florets with butter until well-coated.
- Combine Parmesan cheese, paprika, and black pepper, then sprinkle over the cauliflower and toss to coat.
- Spread the coated florets in a single layer on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
- Bake for about 20 minutes or until golden and crispy.
- For air frying, preheat to 390°F (200°C) and cook for approximately 20 minutes.
