Description

Ingredients

  • 3 cups cauliflower florets
  • 2 tablespoons butter
  • 1/2 cup Parmesan cheese, finely grated
  • 1 teaspoon paprika
  • 1/4 teaspoon black pepper

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 425°F (220°C).
  2. In a large bowl, toss the cauliflower florets with butter until well-coated.
  3. Combine Parmesan cheese, paprika, and black pepper, then sprinkle over the cauliflower and toss to coat.
  4. Spread the coated florets in a single layer on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
  5. Bake for about 20 minutes or until golden and crispy.
  6. For air frying, preheat to 390°F (200°C) and cook for approximately 20 minutes.
