Ingredients

- 1 lb chicken breast tenders
- 1 cup breadcrumbs
- 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- 1 tsp onion powder
- 1 tsp paprika
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1/2 tsp pepper
- 2 eggs
- 1 tbsp olive oil
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).
- In a bowl, combine breadcrumbs, Parmesan, garlic powder, onion powder, paprika, salt, and pepper.
- In another bowl, beat the eggs and mix in olive oil.
- Dip each chicken tender in the egg mixture, then coat with the breadcrumb mixture.
- Place the coated tenders on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
- Bake for 20-25 minutes or until golden brown and cooked through.
- Serve hot with your favorite dipping sauce.
Notes
- For extra crunch, spray the tenders with cooking spray before baking.
- Substitute breadcrumbs with crushed cornflakes for a different texture.
- Store leftovers in an airtight container in the refrigerator.
