Ingredients

  • 1/4 teaspoon nutmeg

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a skillet, sauté onions and garlic until soft.
  3. Add spinach and cook until wilted.
  4. In a bowl, mix ricotta, cream cheese, Parmesan, salt, pepper, and nutmeg.
  5. Combine the spinach mixture with the cheese mixture.
  6. Transfer to a baking dish and top with mozzarella cheese.
