Ingredients

- 4 cups water

Instructions

- Gradually whisk in the cornmeal to prevent lumps.
- Reduce heat and cook for about 20 minutes, stirring frequently.
- Stir in the butter and Parmesan cheese until melted.
- Season with salt and black pepper.
- Serve warm.
