- 2 cups green beans, trimmed
- 1 cup cream of mushroom soup
- 1/2 cup milk
- 1 cup fried onions
- 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
- Salt to taste
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a large pot, boil water and add green beans. Cook for 5 minutes and drain.
- In a bowl, mix cream of mushroom soup, milk, garlic powder, black pepper, and salt.
- Add green beans to the mixture and stir well.
- Transfer the mixture to a baking dish.
- Top with fried onions.
- Bake for 25 minutes until bubbly.
Notes
- For a crunchy topping, add more fried onions.
- You can substitute fresh green beans with canned ones.
