Ingredients
Scale

- 1 cup Parmesan cheese, grated
- 4 cloves Garlic, minced
- 4 tablespoons Butter
- 1 cup Heavy cream
- 2 tablespoons Parsley, chopped
- Salt, to taste
- Pepper, to taste
Instructions
- Cook the spaghetti in a large pot of salted boiling water until al dente, about 8-10 minutes. Drain, reserving 1 cup of pasta water.
- In a large skillet, melt butter over medium heat. Add minced garlic and sauté for 1-2 minutes until fragrant.
- Pour in the heavy cream and simmer for a few minutes. Stir in cream cheese until melted and smooth.
- Cook sauce for 2-3 minutes, then season with salt and pepper. Add cooked spaghetti and toss in the sauce, adding reserved pasta water as needed. Stir in chopped parsley before serving.
Notes
For variations, consider adding sautéed mushrooms, spinach, or sun-dried tomatoes. For a lighter option, substitute half-and-half for heavy cream.
