Description

A delightful dressing that blends the freshness of cilantro with zingy lime and creamy mayonnaise, perfect for tacos, grilled meats, or as a dip.


Ingredients

  • 1 bunch cilantro (stems and all)
  • 12 limes, juiced
  • 12 jalapeños, stem removed
  • 510 cloves garlic
  • 2 cups mayonnaise (preferably Hellman’s or Duke’s)

Instructions

  1. Gather all your ingredients. Wash the cilantro thoroughly and juice the limes.
  2. Place the cleaned cilantro in a high-speed blender and blend on high until finely chopped.
  3. Add lime juice, jalapeños, garlic, and mayonnaise to the blender.
  4. Blend until smooth and creamy, scraping down the sides if necessary.

Notes

For a lighter option, use Greek yogurt or light mayonnaise. Adjust jalapeño quantity based on your heat preference.
