- 1 bunch cilantro (stems and all)
- 1–2 limes, juiced
- 1–2 jalapeños, stem removed
- 5–10 cloves garlic
- 2 cups mayonnaise (preferably Hellman’s or Duke’s)
Instructions
- Gather all your ingredients. Wash the cilantro thoroughly and juice the limes.
- Place the cleaned cilantro in a high-speed blender and blend on high until finely chopped.
- Add lime juice, jalapeños, garlic, and mayonnaise to the blender.
- Blend until smooth and creamy, scraping down the sides if necessary.
Notes
For a lighter option, use Greek yogurt or light mayonnaise. Adjust jalapeño quantity based on your heat preference.
