- 2 cans of cream corn
- 1 can of whole kernel corn, drained
- 1 cup of sour cream
- 1/2 cup of butter, melted
- 1 cup of shredded cheddar cheese
- 1 package of cornbread mix
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a large bowl, combine the cream corn, whole kernel corn, sour cream, and melted butter.
- Add the shredded cheddar cheese and cornbread mix. Stir until well combined.
- Pour the mixture into a greased baking dish.
- Bake for 45 minutes or until golden brown.
- Let it cool for a few minutes before serving.
Notes
- This dish can be made ahead of time and baked before serving.
- For added flavor, consider adding chopped jalapeños or green onions.
