Ingredients

- 4 salmon fillets
- 1 cup crab meat
- 1 cup shrimp, peeled and chopped
- 1/2 cup cream cheese
- 1/4 cup breadcrumbs
- 2 tablespoons lemon juice
- 2 tablespoons fresh parsley, chopped
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
- In a bowl, mix crab meat, chopped shrimp, cream cheese, breadcrumbs, lemon juice, parsley, garlic powder, salt, and pepper.
- Make a pocket in each salmon fillet and stuff it with the crab and shrimp mixture.
- Place stuffed salmon in a greased baking dish.
- Bake for 20-25 minutes or until salmon is cooked through.
