Ingredients

- 1 cup unsalted butter
- 2 cups granulated sugar
- 4 large eggs
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1 cup all-purpose flour
- 1 cup unsweetened cocoa powder
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1 cup chocolate chips
- 1 cup brown sugar
- 2 cups flour
- 1 cup mini chocolate chips
- 1/2 cup milk
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a bowl, melt the butter and mix with granulated sugar.
- Add eggs and vanilla extract, whisk until smooth.
- In another bowl, combine flour, cocoa powder, and salt.
- Gradually mix the dry ingredients into the wet ingredients.
- Fold in chocolate chips and pour the batter into a greased baking dish.
- In a separate bowl, mix brown sugar, flour, mini chocolate chips, and milk to make the cookie dough.
- Drop spoonfuls of cookie dough on top of the brownie batter.
- Bake for 30-35 minutes.
- Let cool before cutting into squares.
Notes
- Store in an airtight container.
- Best served warm or at room temperature.
- You can add nuts if desired.
