Description

Delicious cookie dough brownies with a rich chocolate base and a creamy cookie dough topping.


Ingredients

  • 1 cup unsalted butter
  • 2 cups granulated sugar
  • 4 large eggs
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1 cup all-purpose flour
  • 1 cup unsweetened cocoa powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1 cup chocolate chips
  • 1 cup brown sugar
  • 2 cups flour
  • 1 cup mini chocolate chips
  • 1/2 cup milk

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a bowl, melt the butter and mix with granulated sugar.
  3. Add eggs and vanilla extract, whisk until smooth.
  4. In another bowl, combine flour, cocoa powder, and salt.
  5. Gradually mix the dry ingredients into the wet ingredients.
  6. Fold in chocolate chips and pour the batter into a greased baking dish.
  7. In a separate bowl, mix brown sugar, flour, mini chocolate chips, and milk to make the cookie dough.
  8. Drop spoonfuls of cookie dough on top of the brownie batter.
  9. Bake for 30-35 minutes.
  10. Let cool before cutting into squares.
