Instructions
- Prepare the lemons by rolling them on a countertop, then juice until you have about 1 cup of fresh lemon juice.
- In a large pitcher, combine the lemon juice and sweetened condensed milk, stirring well to avoid lumps.
- Gradually add the cold water while stirring continuously. Taste and adjust sweetness with optional simple syrup if needed.
- Chill in the refrigerator for 30 minutes or serve immediately over ice cubes.
- Serve in tall glasses over ice, garnished with lemon slices and mint leaves.

Notes
