Description

A refreshing twist on classic lemonade with creamy sweetened condensed milk, perfect for hot days.

Ingredients

Scale
  • 1 cup fresh lemon juice (about 46 lemons)
  • 1 cup sweetened condensed milk
  • 2 cups cold water
  • 1/4 cup simple syrup (optional)
  • Ice cubes
  • Lemon slices (for garnish)
  • Fresh mint leaves (for garnish)

Instructions

  1. Prepare the lemons by rolling them on a countertop, then juice until you have about 1 cup of fresh lemon juice.
  2. In a large pitcher, combine the lemon juice and sweetened condensed milk, stirring well to avoid lumps.
  3. Gradually add the cold water while stirring continuously. Taste and adjust sweetness with optional simple syrup if needed.
  4. Chill in the refrigerator for 30 minutes or serve immediately over ice cubes.
  5. Serve in tall glasses over ice, garnished with lemon slices and mint leaves.
  6. Enjoy your creamy lemonade with a gentle stir if desired.

Notes

For a vegan version, use plant-based condensed milk alternatives. Freezing excess lemonade can create delicious lemonade ice cubes.
