- 1 cup rolled oats
- 1 cup milk of choice
- 1/2 cup Greek yogurt
- 1 tablespoon maple syrup
- 1 teaspoon cinnamon
- 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1/4 cup raisins or chopped walnuts (optional)
Instructions
- In a bowl, combine rolled oats, milk, Greek yogurt, maple syrup, cinnamon, and vanilla.
- Mix well until all ingredients are combined.
- Add raisins or walnuts if using, and stir.
- Cover the bowl and refrigerate overnight.
- In the morning, stir the oats and enjoy cold or warmed up.
Notes
- Adjust sweetness by adding more or less maple syrup.
- Top with fresh fruit for added flavor.
- Store in the refrigerator for up to 3 days.
