- 1/2 red onion (finely chopped)
- 1/4 cup fresh parsley (chopped)
- 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese (optional)
- 1/2 cup Italian vinaigrette dressing
- Salt and pepper (to taste)
Instructions
- Rinse the mixed greens under cold water and dry thoroughly.
