Instructions
- Melt dark chocolate and butter together in a bowl over hot water.
- Stir in sugar and mix well.
- Beat in the egg until smooth.
- Add crushed biscuits and nuts, mixing until combined.
- Shape the mixture into a log and wrap it in plastic wrap.
- Refrigerate for at least 4 hours until firm.
- Remove from the wrap and dust with powdered sugar before slicing.
