Description

A rich and creamy chocolate lasagna made with vegan and gluten-free ingredients.


Ingredients

  • 1 cup gluten-free chocolate cookies
  • 1/4 cup coconut oil, melted
  • 2 cups silken tofu
  • 1/2 cup cocoa powder
  • 1/2 cup maple syrup
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1 cup dairy-free chocolate chips
  • 1 cup almond milk
  • 1/2 cup chopped nuts (optional)

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. Crush the gluten-free chocolate cookies and mix with melted coconut oil.
  3. Press the cookie mixture into the bottom of a baking dish to form the crust.
  4. Blend silken tofu, cocoa powder, maple syrup, and vanilla extract until smooth.
  5. Spread half of the chocolate mixture over the crust.
  6. Sprinkle half of the dairy-free chocolate chips on top.
  7. Repeat the layers with the remaining ingredients.
  8. Bake for 25 minutes.
  9. Allow to cool before serving.
