Description
Grilled chicken skewers with a spicy chili lime marinade.
Ingredients

- 1 lb chicken breast, cut into cubes
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 2 tablespoons lime juice
- 1 tablespoon chili powder
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon cumin
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- In a bowl, mix olive oil, lime juice, chili powder, garlic powder, cumin, salt, and pepper.
- Add chicken cubes to the marinade and coat well.
- Let marinate for at least 30 minutes.
- Preheat grill to medium-high heat.
- Thread chicken onto skewers.
- Grill skewers for 10-15 minutes, turning occasionally, until cooked through.
- Serve hot and enjoy.
Notes
- Soak wooden skewers in water for 30 minutes to prevent burning.
- Adjust spice level by adding more or less chili powder.
- Serve with lime wedges for extra flavor.
