Description

A quick and easy chicken ramen stir fry packed with flavor and nutrients.


Ingredients

Scale
  • 2 packs of ramen noodles
  • 1 lb chicken breast, sliced
  • 2 tablespoons soy sauce
  • 1 tablespoon sesame oil
  • 1 cup bell peppers, sliced
  • 1 cup broccoli florets
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 tablespoon ginger, minced
  • 2 green onions, sliced
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Cook ramen noodles according to package instructions. Drain and set aside.
  2. Heat sesame oil in a large pan over medium heat.
  3. Add sliced chicken and cook until browned.
  4. Add garlic and ginger, cook for 1 minute.
  5. Add bell peppers and broccoli, stir-fry for 3-4 minutes.
  6. Add cooked ramen noodles and soy sauce, mix well.
  7. Season with salt and pepper. Cook for another 2 minutes.
  8. Garnish with green onions before serving.

Notes

  • Feel free to add other vegetables.
  • Adjust soy sauce to taste.
  • Use leftover chicken for quicker preparation.
