Description

Crispy chicken flautas filled with seasoned chicken.


Ingredients

  • 2 cups shredded cooked chicken
  • 1 teaspoon cumin
  • 1 teaspoon chili powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon onion powder
  • 8 small corn tortillas
  • Vegetable oil for frying
  • Salt to taste

Instructions

  1. Mix shredded chicken with cumin, chili powder, garlic powder, onion powder, and salt.
  2. Warm tortillas to make them pliable.
  3. Place a small amount of chicken mixture on each tortilla.
  4. Roll tortillas tightly and secure with toothpicks if necessary.
  5. Heat oil in a pan over medium heat.
  6. Fry flautas until golden brown and crispy, about 3-4 minutes per side.
  7. Drain on paper towels and serve hot.
