Description

Ingredients

  • 3 chicken breasts, cubed
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 4 cloves garlic, minced
  • 2 teaspoons smoked paprika
  • 2 teaspoons garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon dried parsley
  • 2 teaspoons salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
  • 3 tablespoons avocado oil or oil of choice
  • 2 tablespoons butter
  • 1 tablespoon honey
  • 2 tablespoons freshly chopped parsley
  • 2 cups heavy cream
  • 1/2 cup freshly grated mozzarella cheese
  • 1/2 cup freshly grated cheddar cheese
  • 12 oz elbow macaroni, cooked al dente

Instructions

  1. Marinate the chicken in a bowl with olive oil, garlic, smoked paprika, garlic powder, parsley, salt, and pepper for about 10 minutes.
  2. Heat a skillet over medium heat and cook marinated chicken for 10-15 minutes until fully cooked. Add butter, honey, and chopped parsley, and stir until combined.
  3. In the same skillet, add butter, deglaze with garlic until golden. Pour in heavy cream and bring to a gentle bubble.
  4. Stir in mozzarella and cheddar cheese until melted and smooth. Add pasta and simmer on low for 5 minutes.

Notes

Serve warm, garnished with parsley. Enjoy with a side salad or steamed vegetables.
