- 3 chicken breasts, cubed
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 4 cloves garlic, minced
- 2 teaspoons smoked paprika
- 2 teaspoons garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon dried parsley
- 2 teaspoons salt
- 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
- 3 tablespoons avocado oil or oil of choice
- 2 tablespoons butter
- 1 tablespoon honey
- 2 tablespoons freshly chopped parsley
- 2 cups heavy cream
- 1/2 cup freshly grated mozzarella cheese
- 1/2 cup freshly grated cheddar cheese
- 12 oz elbow macaroni, cooked al dente
Instructions
- Marinate the chicken in a bowl with olive oil, garlic, smoked paprika, garlic powder, parsley, salt, and pepper for about 10 minutes.
- Heat a skillet over medium heat and cook marinated chicken for 10-15 minutes until fully cooked. Add butter, honey, and chopped parsley, and stir until combined.
- In the same skillet, add butter, deglaze with garlic until golden. Pour in heavy cream and bring to a gentle bubble.
- Stir in mozzarella and cheddar cheese until melted and smooth. Add pasta and simmer on low for 5 minutes.
Notes
Serve warm, garnished with parsley. Enjoy with a side salad or steamed vegetables.
