Description

A hearty and satisfying breakfast dish featuring cheesy tater tots and eggs.


Ingredients

  • 1 bag frozen tater tots (32 oz)
  • 6 large eggs
  • 1 cup milk
  • 2 cups shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1/2 cup diced onion
  • 1/2 cup cooked and crumbled sausage
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. In a large bowl, whisk together eggs, milk, salt, and pepper.
  3. Spread tater tots evenly in a greased 9×13 inch baking dish.
  4. Sprinkle cooked sausage, onion, and half of the cheese over the tater tots.
  5. Pour the egg mixture over the tater tots and toppings.
  6. Top with remaining cheese.
  7. Bake for 45 minutes or until the eggs are set and cheese is bubbly.
