Ingredients

- 2 pounds potatoes
- 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 1/2 cup sour cream
- 1/4 cup milk
- 1 packet ranch dressing mix
- Salt to taste
- Pepper to taste
Instructions
- Peel and chop the potatoes into chunks.
- Boil the potatoes in salted water until tender, about 15 minutes.
- Drain the potatoes and return them to the pot.
- Add cheese, sour cream, milk, and ranch dressing mix to the potatoes.
- Mash until smooth and creamy.
- Season with salt and pepper to taste.
- Serve warm.

- Adjust milk for desired creaminess.
