Description

Ingredients

  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1/2 cup sour cream
  • 1/4 cup milk
  • 1 packet ranch dressing mix
  • Salt to taste
  • Pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Peel and chop the potatoes into chunks.
  2. Boil the potatoes in salted water until tender, about 15 minutes.
  3. Drain the potatoes and return them to the pot.
  4. Add cheese, sour cream, milk, and ranch dressing mix to the potatoes.
