Ingredients

- 2 cups all-purpose flour
- 1 teaspoon instant yeast
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1 teaspoon sugar
- 3/4 cup warm water
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
- 2 tablespoons butter, melted
- 1/2 teaspoon dried parsley
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).
- In a bowl, mix flour, yeast, salt, and sugar.
- Add warm water and olive oil. Stir until a dough forms.
- Knead the dough for about 5 minutes.
- Let the dough rise for 30 minutes.
- Roll the dough into a rectangle on a floured surface.
- Spread melted butter and minced garlic over the dough.
- Sprinkle mozzarella cheese on top.
- Cut the dough into strips.
- Place the strips on a baking sheet and bake for 15-20 minutes.
Notes
- Serve warm for best flavor.
- You can add Italian herbs for extra flavor.
- Store leftovers in an airtight container.
