Ingredients

- 1 large head of cauliflower, cut into florets
- 2 cups cheddar cheese, shredded
- 1 cup heavy cream
- 1 cup milk
- 4 tablespoons butter
- 1/2 cup Parmesan cheese, grated
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 1/2 teaspoon paprika
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
- Steam the cauliflower florets until tender, about 5-7 minutes.
- In a saucepan, melt the butter over medium heat. Add garlic and sauté until fragrant.
- Stir in the heavy cream and milk, bringing to a simmer.
- Add cheddar cheese, salt, pepper, and paprika. Stir until cheese is melted.
- In a baking dish, combine steamed cauliflower and cheese sauce.
- Sprinkle Parmesan cheese on top.
- Bake for 25-30 minutes until golden and bubbly.
