- 1/2 cup bell peppers
Instructions
- Cook pasta according to package instructions.
- In a skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat.
- Add onions and bell peppers, sauté until soft.
- Add ground beef, cook until browned.
- Stir in taco seasoning and diced tomatoes.
- Add beef broth, bring to a simmer.
- Mix in cooked pasta and sour cream.
- Top with cheddar cheese, cover until melted.
