Description

Cheeseburger egg rolls are a tasty fusion of classic cheeseburgers and crispy egg rolls.


Ingredients

  • 1 pound ground beef
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1/2 cup diced onions
  • 1/4 cup pickles, chopped
  • 1 tablespoon ketchup
  • 1 tablespoon mustard
  • 1 package egg roll wrappers
  • Oil for frying

Instructions

  1. Cook the ground beef in a skillet over medium heat until browned.
  2. Add onions and cook until soft.
  3. Stir in cheese, pickles, ketchup, and mustard.
  4. Remove from heat and let cool slightly.
  5. Place a spoonful of the mixture in the center of each egg roll wrapper.
  6. Fold and seal the wrappers tightly.
  7. Heat oil in a deep pan to 350°F.
  8. Fry the egg rolls until golden brown, about 3-4 minutes.
