- 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 2 tablespoons chopped fresh parsley
- 1 tablespoon chopped fresh thyme
- 1 tablespoon chopped fresh rosemary
- 1 cup whole milk
- 1/4 cup unsalted butter, melted
- 2 large eggs
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease a 9×5 inch loaf pan.
- In a large bowl, whisk together the flour, sugar, baking powder, and salt. Stir in the cheddar cheese, parsley, thyme, and rosemary.
- In another bowl, combine the milk, melted butter, and eggs, whisking until smooth.
- Pour the wet ingredients into the dry ingredients and mix gently until just combined. Pour the batter into the prepared loaf pan.
- Bake for 45-50 minutes until golden brown, and a toothpick comes out clean.
- Cool for 10 minutes in the pan, then transfer to a wire rack to cool completely. Slice and serve.
