Ingredients

- 1 head cauliflower, chopped
- 1 cup cheddar cheese, shredded
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1/4 cup milk
- 2 tablespoons butter
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Steam the chopped cauliflower until tender.
- In a pan, melt the butter and sauté the minced garlic until fragrant.
- Add the steamed cauliflower to the pan with garlic.
- Mash the cauliflower using a potato masher or fork.
- Stir in the cheddar cheese and milk until creamy.
- Season with salt and pepper to taste.
- Serve warm.
Notes
- For a lighter version, use low-fat milk.
- Adjust the amount of cheese based on your preference.
