Ingredients

- 4 large carrots
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1 teaspoon paprika
- 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 425°F (220°C).
- Peel and cut the carrots into thin strips.
- In a bowl, mix olive oil, salt, paprika, garlic powder, and black pepper.
- Add the carrot strips to the bowl and toss to coat.
- Spread the carrots on a baking sheet in a single layer.
- Bake for 20-25 minutes, turning halfway through.
- Remove from the oven and serve immediately.
Notes
- Adjust seasoning to taste.
- For extra crispiness, use a convection setting if available.
