Description

Ingredients

  • 8 tortillas
  • 6 eggs
  • 1 cup milk
  • 2 cups shredded cheese
  • 1 cup cooked and crumbled sausage
  • 1 cup diced bell peppers
  • 1/2 cup chopped onions
  • 1 teaspoon cumin
  • 1 teaspoon chili powder
  • Salt to taste
  • Pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a bowl, whisk together eggs and milk.
  3. Add cheese, sausage, bell peppers, onions, cumin, chili powder, salt, and pepper to the egg mixture.
  4. Grease a baking dish and layer tortillas on the bottom.
  5. Pour the egg mixture over the tortillas.
  6. Add another layer of tortillas on top.
  7. Bake for 30-35 minutes or until set.
  8. Let it cool for a few minutes before slicing.
