Healthy and easy blueberry overnight oats for a nutritious breakfast.
Ingredients

- 1 cup rolled oats
- 1 cup milk (or dairy-free alternative)
- 1/2 cup yogurt (or dairy-free alternative)
- 1 cup blueberries
- 2 tbsp honey or maple syrup
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 1/2 tsp cinnamon
Instructions
- In a bowl, combine oats, milk, yogurt, honey, vanilla, and cinnamon.
- Add blueberries and mix well.
- Transfer to a jar or container.
- Cover and refrigerate overnight.
- In the morning, stir and enjoy.
Notes
- Adjust sweetness to your liking.
- Top with additional blueberries or nuts if desired.
- Can be stored in the fridge for up to 3 days.
