Description

A delicious twist on a classic favorite, combining sweet cream cheese with juicy blueberries in a crispy tortilla.


Ingredients

  • 1 large light tortilla or Flatout wrap
  • 2 wedges of The Laughing Cow Cream Cheese Spread Cinnamon Cream
  • 1/2 cup frozen blueberries
  • Nonstick cooking spray

Instructions

  1. Heat a nonstick skillet over medium-high heat.
  2. Spread the cream cheese evenly over half of the flatbread.
  3. Sprinkle the frozen blueberries evenly over the cream cheese layer.
  4. Spray the skillet with nonstick cooking spray, fold the flatbread in half, and grill for about 2 minutes on each side until crispy.
  5. Remove from the skillet, cut into wedges, and enjoy.

Notes

For a sweeter touch, serve with honey or maple syrup. Leftovers can be stored wrapped in plastic wrap in an airtight container.
