- 1 large light tortilla or Flatout wrap
- 2 wedges of The Laughing Cow Cream Cheese Spread Cinnamon Cream
- 1/2 cup frozen blueberries
- Nonstick cooking spray
Instructions
- Heat a nonstick skillet over medium-high heat.
- Spread the cream cheese evenly over half of the flatbread.
- Sprinkle the frozen blueberries evenly over the cream cheese layer.
- Spray the skillet with nonstick cooking spray, fold the flatbread in half, and grill for about 2 minutes on each side until crispy.
- Remove from the skillet, cut into wedges, and enjoy.
Notes
For a sweeter touch, serve with honey or maple syrup. Leftovers can be stored wrapped in plastic wrap in an airtight container.
