- 4 cloves fresh garlic (minced)
- 1 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 2 tbsp extra virgin olive oil
- 2 tsp dried Italian herbs (oregano and basil)
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Preheat your Blackstone griddle to medium-high heat and drizzle olive oil over it.
- Pat the chicken breasts dry and season both sides with salt, pepper, and Italian herbs.
- Place the seasoned chicken on the griddle and sear for 5-7 minutes per side until cooked through (internal temperature should reach 165°F).
- Add minced garlic around the chicken and sauté for 1-2 minutes, then sprinkle Parmesan cheese over the chicken. Cover to melt the cheese.
- Remove the chicken, let it rest for a few minutes, and garnish with fresh parsley.
Notes
For better flavor, consider marinating the chicken in olive oil, garlic, and herbs for a few hours beforehand.
