Description

A delicious dish that combines juicy chicken breasts with a rich, creamy garlic Parmesan sauce, perfect for weeknight dinners or gatherings.


Ingredients

  • 4 boneless skinless chicken breasts (about 1.5 lbs)
  • 4 cloves fresh garlic (minced)
  • 1 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 2 tbsp extra virgin olive oil
  • 2 tsp dried Italian herbs (oregano and basil)
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Preheat your Blackstone griddle to medium-high heat and drizzle olive oil over it.
  2. Pat the chicken breasts dry and season both sides with salt, pepper, and Italian herbs.
  3. Place the seasoned chicken on the griddle and sear for 5-7 minutes per side until cooked through (internal temperature should reach 165°F).
  4. Add minced garlic around the chicken and sauté for 1-2 minutes, then sprinkle Parmesan cheese over the chicken. Cover to melt the cheese.
  5. Remove the chicken, let it rest for a few minutes, and garnish with fresh parsley.

Notes
