Ingredients

  • 1 lb breakfast sausage
  • 2 cups milk
  • 1/4 cup all-purpose flour
  • 4 large eggs
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. Cook the sausage in a skillet over medium heat until browned.
  3. Stir in the flour and cook for 1 minute.
  4. Add the milk, stirring until the mixture thickens.
  5. In a large bowl, whisk the eggs and add the cheese, salt, and pepper.
  6. Cut the biscuits into quarters and fold them into the egg mixture.
  7. Pour the sausage gravy over the biscuit mixture.
  8. Bake for 30-35 minutes or until the top is golden brown.
  9. Let it cool for a few minutes before serving.
