- 1 can refrigerated biscuits
- 1 lb breakfast sausage
- 2 cups milk
- 1/4 cup all-purpose flour
- 4 large eggs
- 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
- Cook the sausage in a skillet over medium heat until browned.
- Stir in the flour and cook for 1 minute.
- Add the milk, stirring until the mixture thickens.
- In a large bowl, whisk the eggs and add the cheese, salt, and pepper.
- Cut the biscuits into quarters and fold them into the egg mixture.
- Pour the sausage gravy over the biscuit mixture.
- Bake for 30-35 minutes or until the top is golden brown.
- Let it cool for a few minutes before serving.

- Feel free to add vegetables like spinach or bell peppers.
- This casserole can be made ahead and refrigerated overnight.
