Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup cocoa powder
  • 1/2 cup maple syrup
  • 1/4 cup coconut oil, melted
  • 1/4 cup almond milk
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1/2 teaspoon baking powder
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 cup vegan chocolate chips

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a bowl, mix almond flour, cocoa powder, baking powder, and salt.
  3. In another bowl, whisk together maple syrup, coconut oil, almond milk, and vanilla extract.
  4. Combine wet and dry ingredients until smooth.
  5. Fold in vegan chocolate chips.
  6. Pour the batter into a greased 8×8 inch baking pan.
  7. Bake for 25-30 minutes or until a toothpick comes out clean.
