Description
A vibrant and refreshing drink that combines hibiscus tea, strawberries, and lemon juice for a perfect balance of flavors.
Ingredients

- 2 cups water
- 2 hibiscus tea bags or 2 tablespoons dried hibiscus flowers
- 1/2 cup strawberries (fresh)
- 1/4 cup lemon juice (freshly squeezed)
- 2–3 tablespoons maple syrup (adjust to taste)
- Optional: Extra sliced strawberries, lemon slices, and/or fresh mint leaves
Instructions
- Boil the water in a kettle.
- Once boiling, remove from heat and steep the hibiscus tea for 5-7 minutes.
- While steeping, prepare strawberry puree by blending sliced strawberries with 1/4 cup cooled hibiscus tea.
- In a pitcher, combine remaining cooled hibiscus tea, strawberry puree, lemon juice, and maple syrup. Stir well and adjust sweetness if needed.
- Serve over ice and garnish with additional strawberries, lemon slices, and mint leaves if desired.
Notes
Store leftover refresher in the refrigerator for up to 2 days without ice to avoid dilution.
