- 2 cloves garlic, minced

Instructions
- Heat the vegetable oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat.
- Add the garlic and ginger, sauté for 1 minute.
- Add the sliced beef, cook until browned.
- Add the mixed vegetables and stir-fry for 3-5 minutes.
- Pour in the soy sauce, mix well, and cook for another 2 minutes.
- Season with salt and pepper. Serve hot.
