Description

Ingredients

  • 1 lb pork tenderloin, cubed
  • 1/4 cup balsamic vinegar
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 teaspoon dried thyme
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1 cup cherry tomatoes, halved
  • 1/4 cup fresh basil, chopped

Instructions

  1. Preheat your skillet over medium heat.
  2. Combine balsamic vinegar, olive oil, garlic, thyme, salt, and pepper in a bowl.
  3. Add pork cubes to the marinade and let sit for 15 minutes.
  4. Cook pork in the skillet until browned, about 5-7 minutes.
