Ingredients

- 1 lb pork tenderloin, cubed
- 1/4 cup balsamic vinegar
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 teaspoon dried thyme
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
- 1 cup cherry tomatoes, halved
- 1/4 cup fresh basil, chopped
Instructions
- Preheat your skillet over medium heat.
- Combine balsamic vinegar, olive oil, garlic, thyme, salt, and pepper in a bowl.
- Add pork cubes to the marinade and let sit for 15 minutes.
- Cook pork in the skillet until browned, about 5-7 minutes.
- Add cherry tomatoes and cook until soft, about 3 minutes.
- Garnish with fresh basil and serve hot.

- Adjust seasoning to your taste.
