- 4 bagels, cut into cubes
- 6 large eggs
- 2 cups milk
- 1 cup shredded cheese
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
- 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1/2 cup chopped green onions
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a large bowl, combine bagel cubes and green onions.
- In another bowl, whisk together eggs, milk, salt, pepper, and garlic powder.
- Pour the egg mixture over the bagels and mix well.
- Transfer the mixture to a greased baking dish.
- Sprinkle cheese on top.
- Bake for 30-35 minutes until the eggs are set and the top is golden.
- Let cool slightly before serving.
Notes
- Use any type of bagel you prefer.
- This dish can be prepared the night before and baked in the morning.
- Add cooked bacon or sausage for extra flavor.
