Description

A hearty breakfast dish combining bagels, eggs, and cheese.


Ingredients

  • 4 bagels, cut into cubes
  • 6 large eggs
  • 2 cups milk
  • 1 cup shredded cheese
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1/2 cup chopped green onions

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a large bowl, combine bagel cubes and green onions.
  3. In another bowl, whisk together eggs, milk, salt, pepper, and garlic powder.
  4. Pour the egg mixture over the bagels and mix well.
  5. Transfer the mixture to a greased baking dish.
  6. Sprinkle cheese on top.
  7. Bake for 30-35 minutes until the eggs are set and the top is golden.
  8. Let cool slightly before serving.
