Instructions
- Flatten each slice of bread with a rolling pin.
- Mix diced apples, cinnamon, and sugar in a bowl.
- Place a spoonful of the apple mixture on one edge of the bread.
- Roll the bread tightly around the filling.
- Whisk together eggs, milk, and vanilla in a bowl.
- Dip each roll in the egg mixture.
- Heat butter in a skillet over medium heat.
- Fry each roll until golden brown on all sides.
- Sprinkle with cinnamon sugar before serving.
