A delicious baked casserole combining the flavors of apples and cinnamon with French toast.
Ingredients

- 6 slices of bread
- 2 cups of milk
- 4 eggs
- 1/4 cup of sugar
- 1 tablespoon of cinnamon
- 2 apples, diced
- 1 teaspoon of vanilla extract
- 1/4 cup of butter, melted
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
- Grease a baking dish.
- Cut the bread into cubes and place them in the dish.
- In a bowl, whisk together milk, eggs, sugar, cinnamon, and vanilla.
- Pour the mixture over the bread cubes.
- Add diced apples and mix gently.
- Drizzle melted butter on top.
- Bake for 30-35 minutes or until golden brown.
- Let it cool for a few minutes before serving.
Notes
- Serve with maple syrup.
- Can be prepared the night before and refrigerated.
- Use any type of bread you prefer.
